Friends of Second Chance

Hello there. I absolutely love animals. Dogs, cats, horses; although I only have dogs, cats and turtles. In the wild; I love wolves, coyotes, foxes, mountain lions and bob cats. I've been an ICU nurse for about 25 years. I'm looking to change careers in the next 5-10 yrs. I'm interested in becoming a Vet Tech. I have recently begun volunteering at Second Chance and hope to learn all I can about animal medicine and getting an associate degree in Vet Teching. My animals are as follows: Sage, a deaf, blind Great Dane mix; Winter, an Australian Shepard mix; Sophia, a Boston Terrier; and Alice, a Rottweiler mix. Two cats, Lakota and Simon. And last but not the least 6 turtles all nicknamed Sam N Ella babies.
